The flat is available all year round, with under floor heating for the winter months.
Rents vary from £795 - £1595 per week depending on the time of year, and off season you can go for a long weekend, ideal for a quick break with friends or family. During most of the year the flat is available on a weekly basis Saturday – Saturday. The rest of the year you have the option of a weekly rental, or a long weekend (LWE), Thursday – Tuesday inclusive. If you want a long let then we are prepared to negotiate a rate dependent on the length of stay and season.
Lettings are shown below as red areas. All unmarked weeks are currently free. Book now for the Dinard Festival of British Film in the first week of October 2012.
